December 28, 201015 yr On a low budget and not asking for much, found this on dells website and was wondering if it would be a good enough desktop to run runescape (in hd hopefully) without lag, and if it would be okay for general internet browsing? December 28, 201015 yr Not a big fan of celeron (especially if it's single core) and integrated intel graphics. I'd search on. December 28, 201015 yr Single core + integrated intel graphics = sorry probably reasonably laggy RS + RSHD.As OldJoe said, search on. Are you in the US? I can have a look around if you tell me what country you're in and your max budget. RIP TET "That which does not kill us makes us stronger." - Friedrich Nietzsche

I can have a look around if you tell me what country you're in and your max budget.Yeah, Im in the US and my max budget is like $300. But I have a family member that MIGHT give me a decent computer (not sure how old it is) - would it be a decent idea to order parts (such as a new graphics card and all) and just replace them or keep looking for a decently priced computer? December 28, 201015 yr Depends on what current parts that computer have. Starting off with the power supply. Then you can move on, if only a new graphics card would be needed, yeah it's a much better deal. But if you'd need to get a new hd, graphics card, cpu etc... Then it's better to buy a whole new one instead. You don't happen to know how to build it yourself? January 1, 201115 yr The computer would run RS (It's not a terribly demanding game) but not much else.
January 4, 201115 yr What's the power supply on it? If it's 350+ you can get a low power graphics card cheap that will do a better job than Intel GMA.
