So I started MM and got to the final fight with the demon back in 2006 and after a long break I am back playing and have decided to finish the quest. I died fighting the demon back in '06 and therefor lost all the necessary quest items. I know I will need to get the squad sigil back by talking to zooknock, but are there any other necessary quest items needed to fight the demon and complete the quest? Thanks

I don't think so, no. Check this guide.

I've been reading over guides and just don't know if I also will need a greegree or m'speak amulet.

Since you're gonna have to go down to zoonook you shuld at the very least take the stuff for m'speak and a basic greegree. Otherwise you will kick yourself later on.

To complete all quests in the game you NEED to have a karamja monkey greegree, a gorilla greegree, a small ninja greegree and a zombie greegree.

 

Small ninja is required for a fairy ring unlocked in ftpIII

ninja is general is required for RFD and the agility course.

zombie is needed in RFD

Gorilla is needed in RFD and Do No Evil and for Thieving knife fighters.

 

And each greegree u make requires going to zoonook which is a trek and a half even in monkey form so u dont get attacked.

 

but if you are up to the demon fight no you dont need anything other than the sigil

Thank you! Exactly what I was looking for considering the only reason I'm doing it is so I can finish up RFD, so I'll go ahead and bring the stuff to make all those greegrees as well.

Ok so I have been trying to gather all the components from Ape toll for the gree gree and M'speak amulet but I can't for the life of my get to the dentures (which is required to make the gree gree, which is required to get the talisman) without getting piled by the gaurds and then getting thrown back into jail, what am I doing wrong?

I suggest browsing this - it also links to the quest guide. Seems you can find a pair of dentures on a crate somewhere.

Hmmm I think that's a trick, you are not supposed to walk on the light/central part of the floor in a certain building for example.

 

"From the outside edge of the room, carefully get near the chest closest to the trapdoor (the crate set at an angle on the east side) without walking on the centre floor. Search it and get some magical monkey talking dentures (getting an extra is a good idea)."

 

That's what the guide has to say. The map has the crates marked. I think you need to go around the back and use the door there.
