Its on a new-ish account I made back in November, but for some reason the god damn watermark of "Task List" wont go away! I've done tasks etc but on my main account its no there, on this account it is! what do I do to get rid of the damn thing?

I have noticed there is also some sort of Halo around the task list icon. Looks like Jagex wants to promote these over skills...

Looks as if its a tutorial tooltip and highlight to tell you to open it and have a look.

I'm not sure if this is the same thing but when I log in the "Task List" text shown in your picture comes up for a second. Maybe its just Jagex showing that they changed it. It should go away in an update or two.
