Hegelstad
General advice is to train slayer, however if you want the best exp rates at your level you should try killing some armoured zombies. Quyneax
LRC would be good but are without prayer xp. Armoured zombies give bones, that's it. Skeletal monkey's don't even drop those (you don't want to pick them up at least). They are both very good xp as well. For prayer and combat xp you'd have to do something like chinning + cannoning + forge regent on gnomes with a bonecruncher. All you need to know about this is that it is terribly slow and expensive xp. Basically, make money for prayer. Don't bother with anything but dragon bones on a gilded altar. A general powertraining setup is: elite void deflector, fire cape, barrows gloves, dragon boots, berserker ring (i), chaotic rapier, fury (salve (e) on undead). You can also use bandos + neitiznot. If you don't have a rapier, use korasi's sword for strength and whip for attack and defence with the same setup. If you don't have void, use an ss instead of korasi's with bandos/neit or torso/neit/v skirt (still whip for attack/strength). If you want to train your combats evenly, use whip + defender on controlled. Slayer is better than powertraining in the long run.
