January 21, 201115 yr When my friend's computer turns on it makes a "HUH?" kind of noise and when it turns on it makes a yawning noise. These noises sound like wall-e from the Pixar film. Any idea of what this is? January 21, 201115 yr Probably the fans, hard drive, cd/dvd rom or power supply. I don't think anything else has moving parts.

January 21, 201115 yr If it sounds like it's coming through the speakers then maybe he's just changed the sound files for the loadup. However if not it's probably mentioned above.
January 21, 201115 yr Any one of a number of things. Could be fans, HDD, speakers, etc. Computers do make sounds, I wouldn't worry.
