Fishing

Featured Replies

Right now I am about 60k xp away from 95 fishing. So far I have been doing monkfish, but I was wondering if I should be doing Living Rock Caverns? I have never been there before and don't know anything about it really. I do like not paying attention that much, as I watch TV shows when I fish, so I am not sure if that affects any spots (like LRC). So where should I be training my fishing?

~Thanks in advance.

I'm 200k from 95 myself, and am currently training in w77 Living rock caves, as rocktails are great for watchig dvds/tv cos the spots don't move that often. If you use w84 or w77 you shouldn't get attacked either

Rocktails are similar exp (slightly higher) to Monkfish but better gp so you would be better off doing Rocktails. I've never tried it myself but I think the spots move less often than regular fishing spots so you can afk it more and like the poster above me says, if you use W84 or W77 you will rarely get attacked by anything in there. Some people do suffer bad lag in W84 though due to the sheer number of people in the LRC so if you do W77 would be a better bet for you. Hope this helps.

I've personally fished Rocktails for 17M xp, and I always got over 40k xp/hr (compared to monks 30k/hr)and 225k gp/hr (compared monk's 100k/hr), its very afk. I usually look at other sites and check back every 5 mins to make sure I'm still fishing and the spot hasn't move.

W84 is serious lag, I will have to try W77
