Protecting herbs with kalferberries

Featured Replies

Pretty simple question. I've just started protecting my Herblore Habitat herb patches with kalferberries, and I'm wondering if it protects both patches.

So far for me they've always both lived, but I haven't been doing it all that long and it might just be a coincidence.

In case anyone is curious, I'm pretty sure that it doesn't protect both patches. When I do an examine of the western patch it specifically states that a farmer is looking after it for me. When I do an examine of the eastern patch, it doesn't.

Err you paid the farmer so it doesn't die. Simple.

Only the main area patch can be protected, the god island one can't because there's no farmer there.
