Try getting prayer to 70 and summoning to 68 with some of that money instead of blowing it on a bandos chestplate. Also don't buy a plate just for the hell of it, it won't help you, as your stats are very low. Come to my Clan chat (I'm there if I'm online) if you wish to borrow a Green H'ween mask, Blue H'ween Mask, Red H'ween Mask, or Santa for a reasonable price.
