Combat 91 looking for varied clan

Hey there,

I'm looking for a clan the does a bit of everything and isn't completely combat/war based. An australian clan would be ideal due to timezones, but if timezones fit well for other country-based clans that's fine too (I'd prefer that clan events weren't at 4am my time).

we are 90+ cb we do a lot of pvm but also war and have every event u can think of, and if you can think of an event tell someone on the events team :P

50ish members from a variety of time zones i myself am in gmt+10, if you feel that u are haveing a hard time getting to events just request one at a convinient time for you

Requirements:

None level wise. You need only set up for a trial period. We have learned from long experience that clan functionality relies much more on WHO you have in your clan, rather than what their runescape stats are. This is why a full 40% of our current actives have been with the clan longer than 2 years. That's not counting our retired members who fade in and out of activity. We do require at least one post on our forums once a week, and to go to an event at least once every two weeks.

 

Seeking:

We want people who want to be part of our community. We want people who don't really give a s**t about what other clans are doing-- we don't do anything with a mind towards impressing other clans. That said, it's hard to really convey the personality of our clan. Generally if you're mature and have an open minded sense of humor, we'd be interested in seeing if you fit in here.

 

What We Offer:

Our clan has been around for more than 9 years. We have seen just about every situation there is for a clan to face and withstood it. We won't make the mistakes newer clans will make, thus improving your experience. There is a reason people stay as long as they do, and why old members come back after leaving for what they thought were greener pastures. RBH formed in 2005, and is still going strong as a long lasting clan. Since the day we started weve dedicated ourselves to improving the time our members spend on Runescape.

 

RBH is a combination of both F2P and P2P with a wide variety of events. We tend to have f2p wars and p2p boss hunting as well as other fun events interspersed.

 

Being so old we've obviously seen our fair share of peaks and valleys. We remember fondly the good times, Summer/Fall 2008 and Winter 2009/10 for example, and strive to return to that while remember the bonding and foundations we built during the tough times, like Summer 2010.

 

Our greatest strength is definitely our loyal members. Over half of our members have been in the clan for at least 18 months and this consistency offers stability few other clans have.

 

We aim to maintain an honourable name whilst allowing our members to have great fun. Our friendly members are very easy to talk to and were very easy to integrate into the community. Further, our community is made up of members from all across the globe. Our current staff includes four Europeans, five North Americans, and a Kiwi. So no matter what corner of the globe you are from don't feel like you would be isolated.

 

 

 

The requirements for RBH are:

90 Combat level or higher with 70+ defence

Teamspeak 3

 

We encourage you to have IRC access as well, as that is where we have the most fun chilling and chatting.

 

 

 

 

Since RBH has such a wide verity of players from different places, we have events at a wide verity of times, to cater for all our members. We even include F2P events so that none of our members feel left out!

 

Clan members are encouraged to plan and carry out their own events if they do not believe we are having enough of a certain event. We also have many forum based games, which help bring our community together.

 

A typical event week for us includes a group Penguin Hunt, a war or two, a couple spontaneous PKs, and a boss hunt. We also mix in other minigames.

It might seem silly, I know; but you would be amazed at how many people join and then complain that they didn't ever know when an event was taking place.

To prevent that and to get to know other members of the clan, staying active in our in-game clan chat is a must.

Our clan chat is 'The_Rs_Rebel', and members are expected to be in it whenever they're on RuneScape.

You are allowed to leave the chat in certain situations (e.g. checking up on a merchant chat, moving chats for an event, etc), but generally you should be in the clan chat while on RuneScape.

As a member of TRR, it is your responsibility to periodically check up on the clan forums.

This is important for many reasons, the least of which is so you can stay updated on clan news and important announcements.

Many members choose to bookmark the forums - Forum Index - and simply check up on them quickly before or after logging into RuneScape.

Posting on the forums is a necessary part of becoming involved with our clans community, and promotions are often based on how active clan members are on the forums.
