Bulk materials were king pre-GE, so I'd expect the same thing to happen here. Definitely something to give a try

Unless you can get the battlestaves pretty cheap, you wouldn't make much of a profit. People want them for 9k or less so they can make a profit by alching them.

i meant the plain ones, the ones people use for crafting
