So to get max exp, do all floors available to you once (Check your ring, make sure you have ticks on all the floors before resetting), then reset, and do all floors available, reset, repeat... e.g. I am lvl 85 dung, I can do up to F43. I will usually do F1-29 small on complexity 1, then do F30-43 large, complexity 6. After completing all 43 floors, I reset and do all floors again.
