dont really understand when to do this to get good xp, im lvl 43 dung. and have done all floors up to 22.

Hey, basically prestige is your PREVIOUS progress.

 

So to get max exp, do all floors available to you once (Check your ring, make sure you have ticks on all the floors before resetting), then reset, and do all floors available, reset, repeat...

 

e.g. I am lvl 85 dung, I can do up to F43. I will usually do F1-29 small on complexity 1, then do F30-43 large, complexity 6. After completing all 43 floors, I reset and do all floors again.

Make sure you do EVERY floor you can before you reset.
