My Woodcutting Method

Introduction

Welcome to my method of woodcutting. Before I tell you this very simple method I'm going to say your probably going to say. Z0MG that newbie method sucks. So Just saying when you see the method read the rest.

The Method

Unforunatly this is P2P only method so sorry f2p'ers. Anyway the method is oak tress.... But hang around I will show you how I do it.

How It's Done

So for me currently its 1:30 per run. But im only 55 woodcutting with 61 WC'ing and a dragon hatchet I'm sure you will be able to do it in about 50-60 seconds. At 80+ the runs will be extremely fast. Anyway the ammount of xp gained per run is 1050. 1050 x 60 = 63k. if you do 1 run a minute its 63k xp per hour.

Anyway just outside the front doors of seers bank is two oak logs that re-spawn fast. Chop them and bank. How simple is that. This method is working well for me and I hope it does for you too. Its around 1k less xp but double the time of the inventory. so It's probably around the same speed as willows except oaks sell for more.

Most of that time will be spent running to the bank anyways.

 

Have you been doing this for a long time or is it just a one run deal and then you extrapolated the data for an hour?

I don't think you can get 60k an hour - especially if you're waiting for the oak logs to respawn.

There's actually a way you can reach about 75k experience using this method, I'll have to find it real quick.

I have only done about 500 oak logs with this method but each of my runs were about 60-90 seconds and I'm level 55 woodcutting.Im sure the dragin hatchet will secure a 60 sec run every time. and when my runs were timed this did include bank running.

I'm absolutely interested in this method if it really can be up to 75k xp/hr. Cutting ivy makes me sleepy.

While this may in fact work and be a viable method to train WC, I find it hard to believe that it can amount to 60K xp/hr. If however, this does in fact work, you can bet I'll be one to try it out.
