99 Ranged

I was just wonder what the cost would be for 99 Ranged using Chins from 77.

 

I have 80 HP and 79 Prayer if that matters. I would like to know the approximate amount of red chins needed, or if grey chins would be better. I would also like to see an up-to-date guide (or a link to one. :P) with methods for chinning as well as suggested gear. I have 45 Defence, but I only have the Elite Void Top for the time being and ~75 PC points from Conquest and Void Stares Back.

EDIT: Would it be worth buying them now and using during BEW or would it be too crowded?

I prefer grey chins, because it's not much less exp p/h, and its so much cheaper. But that's just my opinon.

I am only 71 Slayer as of right now.

I can tell you it will be INSANELY crowded during the BEW, I started out there last BEW and left after an hour cause there were just too many ppl at ape atoll skele monkeys.

 

Also the price of chins is gonna be crazy.
