It'll open, but not load any webpages (including with swiftbrowse) All other programs run fine. I've tried with the firewall off, and I've never had any problems before.

Swiftkit is not against the rules.

Jagex recommends you do not use SwiftKit but it's not actually against the rules as far as I know.
