I don't really know what to do...

I don't have enough cash for 84 herb, so spending cash on it would leave me with a useless skill and no cash..

is this a good idea? It seems like a "waste" of it, but ehh, I can't figure out anything else to do. I will probably use all my charms on the last day though.
