honestly i'd have to say it's like survival of the fittest even if they did quit, they don't deserve real jobs or studying at a college if they can't time manage. and seeing as how a majority of these forum users are arguing with you, i doubt they regret it too. so i mean it's pretty much like win-win. they get to play rs a lot, which means a lot to them, and society will have more competent people in important positions and jobs.

no...i have sold things and got more gp than i expected, which disproves your theory. (go try selling coal for 1gp ea), it will give you more than one gp (unless there's someone trying to buy for 1gp ea haha)

i know, i'm saying that: the offer that instant completes (right after you put in your offer) is the one that gets the change. so, i agree with you that if i offered for 10k a piece coal that i would get the change

Unless you put in a price that was above his asking price? Wouldn't you get some money back then? In some instances this will happen, yes. If you think about it though, in your example, the transaction will not work. no, if: he tries to sell for 1k gp and then you offer 2k he just gets 2k [a] offers to sell coal for 1k gp offers to buy coal for 2k gp after [a]'s offer get coal and 1k gp back, while [a] gets 1k gp

ive noticed that the person who puts the offer first (bar doesn't green immediately) gets whatever price he asked for so you never get change back it will never go half way for a trade.

am I allowed to join sweepers with my combat stats?

alright cool and trade limits are a max number of certain items you can buy per 4 hours (you can only buy 100 battlestaves every four hours)

does it apply to non ge trades like the old fashion player to player trades

forgot to mention this, so important. charms are for training summoning (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Summoning) it's kind of confusing, or at least i thought so, but pretty much you combine charms (untradable drops) with a second tradable item to make pouchs. these pouches can be activated to summon a familiar for a short period of time which helps by attacking / storing items / boosting stats / other effects. also, each familiar has a special move, which require a special move scroll to use (these stack like runes).

buying accounts is against the tos :shame:
