Stev Posted March 2, 2011 Share Posted March 2, 2011 I would highly recommend against using Webs. They have garbage customer support (Much like Jagex... Couldn't resist), their product is greatly lacking, and their security is garbage. Hell, they've had the same bug with PMs and their e-mail server for over 6 months now.
