Hey, I was wondering if the ardounge cape made ALL drops from the tower of life noted?

I figure that slayer ring for easy access to fairy ring + noted unicorn horn will make this a pretty profitable method to train.

Not all, it's just a chance for noted drops, iirc.

Has anybody tried doing this?

 

I just wanted to stock up on some horns for super antifires/making unicorns

Am I just better of making money some other way and then buying all these unicorn horns?

 

Does anybody have a drop list of how many noted drops one can get? At 3 unicorn horns per unicorn - it sounds like it might be a not so popular way to make a ton of money.

Its really annoying if you want stay longer because sometimes ( especialy with highter cape ) u get only noted drops, so you need to continue bank items and withdraw horns/hides - in case of uni resources. But if you are determinated, why not ? Its cheap but boring method to get seconds :P

You can de-equip the cape for a moment if you need unnoted drops.

Don't know about horn rates, but I've personally done this before.

I'm mainly looking for somebody to tell me how often the cape notes your drops :/

 

If only it was 100%, that would be so amazing

When I used it on Unicows, I remember getting them noted 100% of the time. I had to remove my cape to get unnoteds for the altar.

However, I just tried this out on Spidines, and I still received semi-noted drops sometimes (i.e. one egg, rest noted).

Maybe it varies by monster, or they changed the mechanic.

Remember, you only need to start with one horn, and you'll never lose out on horns due to lack of inventory space.

How does this set up sound?

 

26 cowhides/1 unicorn horn/1 slayer ring (for quick access to the fairy ring)

Just take off the ardounge cape when needed - are the horns evenly distributed from 1-3? Or is there a higher chance of getting 2/3 horns?

 

Just trying to figure out approximately how many I can grab on an inventory of cowhides.
