Is it possible that you don't need a pot of flour at all for prince ali rescue?

the sugested items say you do but i didn't needed one. And it isn't in the discription.

You sure? That quest hasn't been changed recently and after the last change it still needed flour in the skin dye making process.

There's already a submission on that, I haven't heard if Tim ever got around to it (being on leave, he probably didn't). I'll personally confirm this tonight.
