In the fifth paragraph of the guide you state that:

You are unable to train on the practice dummies after you reach the Attack level of 10.

 

However the Jagex knowledge base says:

The dummies can only be trained on if you are very low level character. After you pass Attack level 8, you will find that you can learn nothing more from attacking them ...

 

Hope this is helpful even though it's only a small correction. Unless theres more than 1 set of practice dummies :-k

jagex knowledge base = many many lies.

 

you will find a good 60% of knowledge base "facts" are contradicted by fan sites.

However that doesn't mean that this should not be looked at ;)

If you could post a pic of it then we could get some confirmation as to who has it right.

 

Jagex's knowledge base is notorious for having errors which are very slow to correct.

Edit: partially confirmed, I guess. You can no longer attack the dummies in Varrock after you reach level 8 attack. You can still attack those in Lumbridge, however. I'll go ahead and assume that level 10 is the cap for those dummies. This is in fact what the guide states, though the information on dummies is spread over two paragraphs. I'll rewrite that a little, so it is less confusing.

 

Edit2: hrm, you can also train other combat skills on the Lumbridge combat dummies. Odd.
