Hey I desperately have been looking for a good spot to fish tuna but I havent found a place. If anyone knows a good spot to fish tuna on f2p worlds please let me know.

This. When you fish a full inventory of tuna/lobster/swordfish there, run southwest to Stiles (who is southeast of the volcano) and have him note your fish. From there rinse and repeat.

 

Also I highly recommend against fishing tuna. Fly fishing trout/salmon and fishing giant flatfish/short-finned eel in complexity 2 dungeons are much better methods.

 

If you're doing this for money, forget it. Prices of fish have crashed hard for this to be worthwhile.

You haven't looked at a single guide, have you.

If you are doing this for exp, fly fishing is a much better option as sonikku pointed out. Not sure how good c2's are in f2p.

OT: C2s or Fly Fishing are your best bets ;-)
