fullmetaboy Posted January 5, 2006 Share Posted January 5, 2006 If anyone here uses Linux, then you might be able to help, Sadly I just converted to Rock linux and I am running a network of around 12 comps, 3 of them are servers with 4 opterons in each of them, 1 is my processor which is hotlinked and it working great and all, and the rest i just keep for unimportant issues, anyways I have a X-box problem. Today I am converting my X-boxs into Linux systems, and i have linked them all up into 1 computer, i need to find a way to put them on the internet with X-box live instantly updating the X-box deleting Linux. It took a long time to convert Rock Linux into X-box format, if you have anyway to tell me so that I can connect it to my network that would be helpful. I do not expect this to be an easy question, it took me and my friends a long while to program Rock Linux into X-box format. So the question is, Can you guys help me find out if I can Connect this version of Linux in X-box format connect to the internet without X-box live detecting this and deleting all of the files? I have linux on my modded X-box as well and the only way that X-box live wont detect your chip or anything else is by turning off your mod chip (thats if you have a chip). Can you seriously stop posting that lie , in an attempt to impress a bunch of people who could care less in EVERY post you make on the tech forum.
