Vio
And I don't mean forums, everyone has those. What about separate websites? They're rare, but they do still exist.Questions: Does your clan have a website? (If so, link us!): If so, why do you have one/what's its main purpose? What's your personal view on clan websites? Me: Personally, I like the prestige and convenience elements. For one, you can portray the typical info guests want to know easily. You can also add galleries/histories and so - things not really forum-suited.And then of course you can make it insanely epic-looking to get recruits.I remember back in '06 I applied for TuneScape half because their website was amazing. Overall I find it gives clans the chance to show off who they really are.Other than that, you can only really judge a clan through forums/IRC and fansite posts. Some of the ones I've found to be really good: DivinationSkillers EmpireThe British ElitesThe Death MonkeighsThe GladiatorzThe MoriquendiWilderness Guardians
The Observer
Don't have one. I remember PKM had one (still up even though it's closed here). Personally I don't think it's a massive deal to have one. Although it is nice to have one.

Jack
For a while back in Legendz we had a full fledging website. Was lovely to be honest until hackers got their hands on it and the site creator had retired. T0 doesn't currently have one now but in general it's a really useful recruitment tool. Ava
We have a site :) With a gallery, event calendar, and whatnot. The intro page is a flash animation that features an awesome poem a clanmate wrote (gives that ancient loreish feel and whatnot), then transitions to an interactive page that links you to different parts of the site. That's just the splash page. The home page features news, a shoutbox, a twitter feed, and other stuffs. Websites are so great for info. Forums are cool, but they're messy. Websites you place info strategically, mainly to attract new recruits. Most of my forums are member only, so you can't event see them until you join. http://keepersclan.com ♥ A v a .
