About The Spell Book:Its a Spell book that Non-Members may obtain.There will be some limitations to it like the Lunar Spell Book some spells will only be unlocked by completing a Sequel Quest.This spell book is primarily used for Prayer and Paladins.But, can be used also by Mage-Types.Some spells will require you to sacrifice some Prayer Points where as some spells will let your regenerate prayer points.Some of the spells require a certain degree level of prayer to cast the spell because it is considered a Divine Act.Just think about it..... -PEACE,Saiga Tatsumi Peace Homies! Vroqren Posted May 21, 2011 Share Posted May 21, 2011 Well, I know what it feels like to have everybody who posts in your topic tell you that an idea sucks, so I won't tell you that. I actually think it's very interesting. I would actually be interested in working on the different spells with you. The only problem I had was with regaining prayer points. I think to make that fair, the spell should take quite a few runes, and to do that, you might as well just buy a prayer pot with 1 dose. But, I suppose this can be resolved. Overall back to my concept a few spells will require a certain level of prayer to cast because they use some prayer points. But, not all of them require a prayer points to use. Most require a rune cost to cast the spell you desire. Lemme know what you can come up with and post em here. When I get all the details together I do plan on posting the full quest on RS.
