It says under This quest is needed for:

Void Dance, A

Void Stares Back, The

 

Altough you need to complete A Void Dance for the Void Stares Back, so you can delete the Void Stares Back.

 

Also if I may suggest to the quest calculator http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?quest_calc to build in a script that calculates your combat level for the Smoking Kills 85 combat requirment.

I fail to see the error.

 

The list shows quests that require you to of completed this quest.

You need to beat it to complete both later void quests; even if they are a quest line.

 

Same way MEP2 would be listed for Plague City etc.

MEP2 isn't listed at plague city but a Void stares back is at quiet before the swarm.

Ah true it does appear to be an odd one out in how its been dealt with.
