Seeing as how all agility courses and all methods of training agility are painfully boring, the best method to train is the fastest, to get those levels as soon as possible. I'd have to recommend the wilderness course for your level, and dying from pathetic "PKers" should keep things somewhat interesting.

Questing and then fully charging you BA horn. Then train in the wild in welfare pk gear and try to kill people who are also training to add kills to your wildstalker helm.

 

I don't see why quests aren't an option. You can gain a decent amount of agility exp from questing.

quests are not an option because i have done nearly every quest with agility rewards XD
