Revenant Drop Rates

They have higher chances but you kill them at a much slower rate. I've gotten lots of very valuable drops from the low leveled revs. Heck I know a friend who got VLS from an imp. This makes it better to massacre the low leveled revs then spend time and food killing fewer high leveled revs.

When I go rev hunting I pull in at least 3m/h but sometimes up to 5m/h if it's a good time of day. I run a circuit killing all the low leveled revs. It goes from west to east, imp, goblin, goblin, icefeind, vampire, hobgoblin, werewolf, then I run over to the east side and kill imp, goblin, goblin, pyrefeind.

Also, a maul or godsword are the best weapons here because you want to KO them before they can eat up. Don't forget to make an inventory of salve amulets (e) and keep them banked so that you can use one for killing them. And Jennicas ring never hurts.

Goodluck, if you have any more questions ask me.

I've been killing the low leveled revs and haven't gotten very lucky yet with drops, I use a rapier since I didn't get my maul yet. What should I bring in my inventory and gear, I currently use rapier, d hides, glory or wealth and an obby shield. I bring 3 combat potions and the rest sharks. Should I make any changes.

I'm 110 combat with 80/89/75 melees.

Super attack and super strength. A prayer pot in case someone tried to smite you. A dragon defender. Salve (e). Climbing boots. Barrows gloves. Niet helm.

Just don't skull yourself and have quickpray set to protect item + peity + protect mage. Then if you die you keep your helm, gloves and rapier at the least.

Stock up on defenders and salve amulets. I suggest getting 28 salve crystals in one trip, they are a pain to get but 28 amulets will last you a long time.

Edit: the drops will come with time, since you are low leveled perhaps skip the werewolf, vampire and even the hobgoblin. The reason maul kicks ass is because it KOs them before they can heal, without it those three take too long.

i keep my defender with protect pray when i use rapier. but maul is probably better (maybe not if youre using salve)

how long does it take to get a full inventory of salves?

i only have three left so i'm quite hesitant to use them

You can get a full inventory as of a week or so ago when I restocked mine. It takes 30-40 minutes. They are the best amulet to use there with any weapon, salve (e) boosts attack and strength by 20%.

From personal experience, the lower-mid level'd revs seem to drop items most often (around levels 50-100).

Lately I have been killing the highest levels there, and Ive yet to see a drop from them.

Hi if you're reading this you are amazing and I love you.

Maybe they'll release a bugless update for April Fools. That'd sure be a joke
