When you examine a decorated cooking urn ®, it says "This will collect food scraps when I cook food at or below Cooking level 95."

 

I'm assuming this means that it'll only collect food when cooking foods that can be made in that Cooking level range. I initially thought this meant that you cannot use them once you're 96+ Cooking, but I don't think so anymore.

 

Some clarification and confirmation would be nice. Thanks.

I believe it is meant to say you will gain exp by cooking anything that requires a cooking level of 95 or less.

 

Therefore if there was a food that required a cooking level of 96, you would not fill the urn while cooking that food

You can use them up to 99 (I did). Brad is correct on what it means.
