January 8, 200620 yr I am making a forum for my site and I dont know how to do one thing: I need to make a forum where Only moderators can make new topics but registered users can reply to the topics but cant make new ones? how can i do this i am using the same forum provider as tip.it : phpbb...if anyone knows please reply thanks
January 8, 200620 yr Go to the admin panel and then click "Permissions" in the 'Forum Admin' section Choose the section you want to change the permissions of and click "Look up forum" Click the 'advanced mode' text link Here is where you change all the permission for the different options.
