Okay, so here is my long list of questions:

 

What would my xp/hr be like if i were to camp abbies with proselyte, either piety flicking or like superhuman strength w/rapier

 

how about if i were to use dharoks? would it be worth trying to max strength this way since pots are dirt cheap? (i'm looking for both a good kill/hr and efficient price)

 

I'm looking for a good way to max combat, and would it be worthwhile to bank the ashes form demons or urn them?

 

it would be a huge number of demons, is this better than slayer? like could i max melee extremely quickly doing this?

 

As i'm returning from a kid literally resetting my account ( dropped entire bank/deleted house, everything) i'm wondering what i should put effort into getting back first.

 

is slayer even still a good method of moneymaking, since all drops are essentially inexpensive?

 

what is an inexpensive way to get magic up that wont force me to tear my eyes out? cause alching is cheap, but takes forever.

I'm not sure on experience rates, however, slayer will still make you money. Not as much as it used to, but your still profiting, or at least breaking even using the more expensive methods(prayer, extremes/overloads, cannon, etc.) and probably walking away with quite a bit of profit if your going to use cheaper methods. I'd suggest training with it.

I'd reccomend slayer too, whips aren't worth enough to write home about anymore for abby demons to be a great money maker, if you value total levels and ever want 99 all skills slayer is the way to go, besides its much less grindey than camping in one place, and the use of a slayer helm for +15% attack and strength helps your xp. pot and pray wise, I'd always reccomend turmoil and extremes, or piety and super sets depending what you have available. The faster xp and faster kills/drops more than makes up for the small cost per hour of pray pots and extremes. Dharoks is outdated now, rapier will out dps it by far. As for ashes, I'd say bank them with yak if you have it but otherwise it's not worth the frequent bank trips. Not sure on mage I got 99 in 07 or something with stringing jewlerry but idk if thats still any good, if you're planning on training mining and smithing you could superheat in lrc
