I read in wiki that is possible to move the costume room to an other place without to lose the items in it!

 

Also, if you wish to re-locate your costume room to another location in your home, you may do so by simply trying to build another costume room (in the location you wish for it to be moved). You will be prompted with a message asking if you would like to move your current costume room to that location. It will charge you the original cost of a costume room to re-locate it.

Yes.

Just attempt to build a new constume room in a hotspot, and it'll ask if you want to move your existing one.

Can you do this with any room? My house layout sucks and I'd like to change it around...

Yes, that's how it works.

 

And I've done it plenty times.

It'd be a bit pointless of allowing it to be relocated if it didn't take the items with it.
