Hilarious story behind the 5m. I was walking through Falador, and a drop party was going down. As I walked in, the balloons dropped, so I popped the three closest balloons. I collectively won 5m in those three balloons. :D

So, what should I train / do on P2P?

Farm. Train Farming to make a decent amount of money from herbs. Continue cutting to 60 if you'd like, doing mainly Oaks as Willows aren't worth any money at all. Other than that, train mining as any low level would and only do smithing when you have money to spare.

EDIT: And once you get your skills up a bit, take a look into the clan I co-lead-- Skillers Reign. ;)

I would first decide if you want to remain level 3 combat, or that you want to remain 10 hp or even just 'low combat'. Because there's some rather nice quests out there you won't be able to do without gaining at least some combat levels, and magic, defence and prayer levels will make a huge difference when dungeoneering or even just running past some high-levelled monster. Without teleports, farming loses much of its profitability, as you can't get to the Ectofuntus patch (unless you get prayer levels), or the Trollheim patch (the trolls would slaughter you). Catherby, North Ardougne and South Falador are all available to a level 3 with teletabs.

I agree with Hedgehog that agility would be very convenient first, unlocking herblore might also be a good idea, and I guess simple things like Knight's Sword (28 free smithing levels, 10 mining required) and Doric's Quest (gets you level 10 mining).
