Elder scrolls Oblivion Loading screen blinking freeze [POSSIBLE SOLUTION]

SOLUTION AND NEWEST POST

 

I reinstalled Oblivion and went to "My Games" directory to paste in the saved files of my choice, however all the files were already there. So i tried to load the game, but the blinking and freeze of load screen returned. So i thought "Maybe it's that way because of so many saved files" (i had over 800!).

 

I went and deleted over 800 saved game files in "Oblivion" game directory for saved files. I tried loading the game, and guess what? IT WORKED!

 

I hope this will help anyone who encounter this problem as i have. :thumbup:

Ok, Elder Scrolls Oblivion loading page has set a stop for my adventuring. It's a bug where at end of loading bar is 100% the Load background starts blinking and the game never appears. So i was thinking, what if i copy and save my progress (Saved game files), reinstall game and copy these files in respective folder.

 

My only concern is that the Saved Game files not working. So i was wondering if anyone had anything to say about this?

It should work fine, games that have some weird id has tagging of save files and installs are few and far between with most of them being reallllllllllly archaic (I'm talking like early 90s)

A good way to test it safely would be install on another system and copy save files over.
