July 30, 201114 yr I think it's the one in Sophanem. You must have completed Contact! to access the bank though. Owner of a comp cape since February 11th 2012.
July 30, 201114 yr Do you need just a pottery wheel, or a wheel and a kiln? If just you just need a wheel then Sophanem is the closest, or East Varrock if you haven't done/can't do Contact!. If you need a wheel and a kiln, I think the closest setup is now in Draynor. There's even a water source between the bank and the wheel/kiln and a nearby spot to mine clay if you're the type to do everything yourself.
