August 24, 201114 yr I'm currently 86 rc and going for 99 via peng points, reward books, assists and also effigies. August 24, 201114 yr It's best to open rc effigies (with stew perhaps) and dump dragonkin lamps at the highest level you can without wasting any. So if you have lamps for 90-99 rc you'd dump them at 90, but if you have other stats to max through effigies it'd be better to save a few.
