Pixel animation?

Well, nowadays it seems like everyone wants animation in their pixel sigs, and frankly, I have no freaking clue how to animate. Not even the words. So, in light of this, could someone just give me a brief course on how to animate?

you have to make frames.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Each frame is slight diff from previous one

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

then using an animating program u enter them all in order and tinker with frame timing til it looks like real movement/good

Ok I got bored. So I decided to help you further with the whole frame thing:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Thi is my partially complete animation I been doing while I bored over past few weeks:

That was done using all the frames set ot show for 10 hundreths of a second.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But where it pauses of Paw Claw is set to 100

 

 

 

and the other short pauses 25

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now that looks like it is moving, but it is done thru trickery due to speed as it is actually only 39 images in total as show here:
