Scroll of Cleansing w/o 49 Herblore or Chaotic Rapier w/o 80 Attack? I found a panda and then we bought malt liquor. I hold my malt liquor better than a panda. I remember trying to buy one when i was 40 attack and it simply doesn't let you.
