Scroll of Cleansing w/o 49 Herblore or Chaotic Rapier w/o 80 Attack? I found a panda and then we bought malt liquor. I hold my malt liquor better than a panda. September 3, 201114 yr Author Just confirmed that you do infact need both requirements. tried to purchase both Arcane Stream & Rapier and was told I needed 70 Magic and 80 Attack respectively (82 Dungeoneering). September 3, 201114 yr Yeah you need both requirments, or at least you do for gravite weapons. I remember trying to buy one when i was 40 attack and it simply doesn't let you. I feel it's important to clarify i have many chaotics on my main, i'm not a gravite noob :P
