Infernal ashes are efficient if you value your time over about 500k gp/hr. (In between those two numbers, it's more efficient to use babydragon bones or to use infernal ashes at ectofuntus.) Infernal ashes are the best until somewhere north of 3m gp/hr when ourg bones and frost dragon bones become better.
