Hey,

 

Further to my discovery of the Males using the vine roots to attack if you pray Prot Mage at a distance, I just did a quick experiment in Jadinko lair - it turns out that ALL Mutated Jadinkos (baby, guard, male) have the ability to make the vine roots attack you, not just the Males.

 

Just FYI :)
