Peter
When I wanted to log into MSN Messenger this morning, it didn't work for some reason. I thought it was because the service was out, but a simple check said it was up and running. Next I wanted to use the Web MSN Messenger, and that didn't work either, as the page kept timing out when trying to go to the passport login. Hotmail won't load up for me either. All other pages and programs work fine for me. I tried turning off my firewall and still there were problems, but I still think it has something to do with the firewall, but I really have no idea where to go from here. Maybe it's a port being blocked or something. Everything worked flawlessly just last night. Any suggestions?
Vape
I trust you restarted your PC and router/modem? What firewall do you use? For lack of any other ideas, I guess you could just throw a pie at Bill Gates... Where the bloody hell are you?
insane
This happens to me from time to time, I just restart my router and/or wait a couple hours and then it's back. Not a good solution I know =\
Peter
Well a router restart seems to have done it, I guess I know what to do next time. Thanks for the help :).
MasterOfThePuppets
Do you have a linksys router? They have been causing no end of trouble for myself and many, many others.
