Powerfrog Posted September 25, 2011 Share Posted September 25, 2011 Ok so i recently bought a scroll of cleansing and it's already saved me a few M, i love it. :D I've been making potions the general way, 14 unf's and 14 secondaries... But it just hit me. Wouldn't it be faster to use 15 unf's and 13 secondaries, and just guess that you'll get 1+ saved per inventory. I'm hoping someone can do the maths and estimate on average if you'd get more than 14 potions per inventory this way. I know it's going to be close and not a big difference either way as banking is so easy, but i'm still interested in how i could be more efficient, even if it's just that 0.5% difference. Usually that doesn't work out to be faster than 14/14. I'm pretty sure if you have it set to 'All' it will continue going until it's finished, even if they do appear out of nowhere mid-cleaning. I can't remember which skill, but i'm sure this has happened to me before and it still did all of them, despite having more to do at the end than it did at the start. The make-all option only counts items currently in your inventory, e.g. 13 sets of pots + seconds, then sets make-x to that. It also counts items in your beast of burden for the purpose of altaring bones, but when I used my yak smithing adamant platebodies it didn't count it as 11 plates total. I just found it out by doing the last 10 or so potions left, and dispite saving 3 feathers it only made 10 potions as i started with 10 feathers.
