You know, make it look less like a paddle? :| Oh and the roots seem a bit "chunky" if you know what I mean. Characters looks awesome, but I dont get the look of the hands on the bottom left and right. And as it seems that the two brothers are drunk, maybe you could add like a "tavern or a bar" in the background just before the mountains.
