Here's my gear. Specifically, I'm unsure about the cape/boot slots. Any feedback from those with expertise is appreciated. Replace DG ring with phoenix necklace. Replace sharks with rocks.

Storm of armadyl might be better, but I'm not sure.

It's not. It makes your ko method squishy as hell, has piss-poor accuracy against arma + spectral and gives you zero control over the enemy's positioning as entangle is terrible.
