I hate those blue orbs.

Now that those frost dragons have the blue orb attack, how should i change my inventory to suit?

Just walk away and don't attack them while it's active or you are kinda dead. Then just get back when it's over. It's a counter attack.

They pop up at the randomest of moments, and it seems like i get hit immediately sometimes. This isn't a counter attack, it's a flipping broken attack

Just stop attacking them when it shows up, it's a concept a 2 year old could understand.

I don't know your stats, if you're maxed, you should be able to SS heal any damage, including the occasional recoil easily. So your inventory should be 1 ovl, 1 brew, 4-5 super restores, cannon, cannonballs and maybe a few monkfish incase you get unlucky. If you're lower level or don't have SS, bring lots of monkfish. Bring your best BoB to fill with loot. (Pack yak scroll the loot and bring many more ovls/brews/sup rests if you're 96 summoning)

Wear your best melee armour and protect from magic.
