(i see no reason for it to be ilegal really, just have to be sure :P)1. Yes2. As far as I know it's legal as long as it's 1 action = 1 result. For example you can remap "Z" to become "A" but you cannot remap "Z" to become "ABC". Anyway this belongs on H&A.
