I have heard they don't, but I haven't tried it

 

You can go to ape or you can use summer pies for advanced gnome, which I prefer

Advanced gnome with pies would be quite a bit better than ape atoll.

Working on max and completionist capes.

i charged my horn and took it to advanced gnome course, it doesnt seem to stack with the boots.
