Aeriath
Hi, I'm currently writing this from my PC, but am looking to buy a laptop. I'm saving up atm, and since I have reached ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã400, I thought it would be time to find out how much more to save up. I'm asking for peoples opinions on good specs for a laptop, so I know what a good one is, and so that I know how much more I have to save up. I don;t need to gaem on the laptop or anything, it'll be primarily for the internet, photoshop and possibly runescape. All advice is appreciated, thanks. :D Curse you Nomad! Mercifull
For a good laptop... you'll need at least double what you saved so far. Sorry mate Mercifull <3 Suzi "We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. If we let players start doing this, it devalues RuneScape for others. Sorry mate At least yea (if it's new), you'd want from ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã900-̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã1100 to be on the safe side. =\
Aeriath
For a good laptop... you'll need at least double what you saved so far. Sorry mate I did say so far :D I've been recommended this laptop, can I have any opinions. Also, would a good laptop that doesn't need all that stuff for gaming really cost ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã1000? I already have photoshop, so thats one price off. The laptop abov seems to be a good deal. Thanks for any help. Curse you Nomad!

wahoo
It would be better to buy a top of the range lappy and it will last for a very long time. Wait for this one : http://www.notebookreview.com/default.asp?newsID=2697

My computer only has 512 RAM, and I currently can play games fine on it. It works fine for all my needs. Since I donlt intend to play games other than RS, with that information, do you think the 512 is a good choice? The laptop that you reccommended wahoo seems not only out of my price range but also a lot more than I need. The customer reveiws for the laptop I was suggested on another site seem very good, so I think I'll purchase that. I have a few questions though. It has been mentioned that laptops are expensive to upgrade. Does this include setting up wireless broadband? Could anyone give me a breif overveiw of setting up wireless broadband and what I'll need, if I have another computer in the house using the connection? Curse you Nomad! I'm sure it will have an expansion slot - in that case, all you need to do is buy a portable wireless card and slap it into your lappy.
