In the mini quest after "Missing my Mummy" it states that you give Ali Morrisane sq'irk juice to receive thieving experience. But it is Osman you give the juice to receive thieving experience from.

That picture was taken after you were done with the mini-quest, right? I am positive that the sq'irk juice needs to be given to Ali Morrisane in order to completely the mini-quest. I think the real question that needs to be confirmed here is whether or not you get Thieving XP for giving the sq'irk juice to Ali Morrisane during the mini-quest. After the mini-quest, in order to get Thieving XP you must give the juice to Osman. Can anyone confirm this?

Yes, you do receive experience from Ali when you give him the sq'irk juice in exchange for the name. I got 350 experience from giving him a winter sq'irk juice, the same amount as turning it into Osman.

As the picture above shows, it is not Osman for the miniquest. it is indeed Ali. I just checked this myself.
