I just wanna tell that when you finished the quest, you have 4x 100k xp disponible with Idria. When you get all the xp, a cutscene occurs, showing Dragonkin (the creator of dragonkind) talking about power and the Stone of Jas.

No, the guide is fine. That was a refer to the Tips, tricks & notes from the quest ;)

This would be very hard to miss for someone who completed the quest though. The section is meant to point out non-trivial information that would aid a player whilst or after doing a quest.
